Always consult a doctor or pharmacist, and never change how a medicine is taken based on the app alone.

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด1. Acceptance of terms

เมื่อใช้ KinYaa คุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาอย่าใช้บริการBy using KinYaa you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. คำอธิบายบริการ2. The service

KinYaa ช่วยให้คุณบันทึก จัดตาราง และเตือนการกินยา รวมถึงแบ่งปันสถานะกับสมาชิกครอบครัวที่เชื่อมโยงกันKinYaa lets you record, schedule, and receive reminders for medication, and share status with linked family members.

3. คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้3. Eligibility

คุณต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปจึงจะใช้บริการได้You must be 18 years or older to use the service.

4. บัญชีและการเชื่อมโยงครอบครัว4. Accounts & family linking

คุณรับผิดชอบในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี และต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลที่คุณเพิ่มเข้ามาในครอบครัวก่อนแบ่งปันข้อมูลของพวกเขาYou are responsible for keeping your account secure, and you must have the consent of any person you add to a family before sharing their information.

5. แพ็กเกจและการชำระเงิน5. Subscriptions & payments

แพ็กเกจรายเดือนและรายปีจะต่ออายุอัตโนมัติจนกว่าจะยกเลิกMonthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled.
แพ็กเกจตลอดชีพเป็นการชำระครั้งเดียว และมีจำนวนจำกัดThe lifetime plan is a one-time payment and limited in quantity.
มีช่วงทดลองใช้ฟรี ซึ่งจะเปลี่ยนเป็นแบบเสียเงินอัตโนมัติหากไม่ยกเลิกก่อนสิ้นสุดA free trial may convert to a paid plan automatically unless cancelled before it ends.

We work hard to keep reminders working but cannot guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for missed doses, to the extent permitted by law.

8. การยกเลิกบริการ8. Termination
